  • 0.125 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • 32 Tbsp. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero
  • 2 Tbsp. Kerrygold Irish Butter
  • ½ c. organic heavy whipping cream
  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to thicken. If your sauce is too thin continue cooking several more minutes. If your sauce becomes too thick, add some more cream, and bring the mixture back to a boil until cream is incorporated.
  3. To make caramel squares (used for other candies in the book) scoop into the wells of an ice cube tray and freeze until ready to use.
  4. For general use, pour into an airtight container and refrigerate.
