Herb Rubbed Grass-Fed Sirloin Tip Roast Recipe

  • 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. organic paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ¾ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. organic onion powder
  • ½ tsp. organic cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. dried organic oregano
  • 48 oz. grass-fed sirloin tip roast
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dried organic thyme
  1. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Stir in the olive oil, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Place the roast on an oiled baking sheet. Rub the roast on all sides with the spice mixture.
  4. Roast 1 hour in the preheated oven, or to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  5. Let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve.
