Curried Shrimp and Broccoli Salad Recipe

  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • ⅓ c. organic mayonnaise
  • 1 pound cooked, peeled shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • 6 c. organic broccoli florets
  • ¾ c. slices organic radish
  • ⅓ c. organic sour cream
  • ⅓ c. plain organic nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. organic curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  1. Steam broccoli, covered, 3 minutes. Combine broccoli, shrimp, and radishes in a large bowl; toss well. Combine sour cream with yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add to broccoli mixture, tossing to coat. Serve at room temperature.
