  • 1 Tbsp. organic grapeseed oil
  • 1 pound wild shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 medium organic red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. organic garlic, minced
  • ¼ c. organic parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  1. Preheat a saute pan over medium high. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic, lemon juice, Creole seasoning (cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) and bell pepper. Add oil to the pan and saute shrimp, turning just once, until white throughout.
