  • 1 tsp. organic curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • 2 c. organic snap peas
  • 1 c. organic shredded coconut
  • ½ c. organic coconut milk
  • 6 c. chopped organic Napa cabbage
  • 16 oz. sustainable lump crabmeat
  • ½ c. chopped organic green onion
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, lemon, and curry. Whisk to combine.
  2. Gently stir in crab, just to coat.
  3. Toss cabbage, shredded coconut, green onions and snap peas in a large bowl.
  4. Pour coconut-crab mixture over cabbage mixture and stir gently to coat.
  5. Serve.
