Citrus Cilantro Salmon Recipe

  • ⅓ c. organic tamari (gluten-fee soy sauce)
  • 1 whole jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 24 oz. wild Alaskan salmon filets
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced
  • 1 c. organic lemon juice
  • ⅓ c. organic, extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ c. organic cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. organic erythritol
  • ½ tsp. organic turmeric
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients except lemon slices. Mix well and set aside. Place the salmon, skin-side down, in a baking pan. Pour marinade over the salmon and place lemon slices on top. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and lemon slices are caramelized.
