  • 2.5 Tbsp. organic cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • 2.5 Tbsp. organic erythritol (try ZSweet)
  • 1 c. organic heavy whipping cream
  1. Food processor method: Place heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, erythritol and cocoa powder in food processor with whip attachment and turn on high for approximately 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
  2. Electric mixer method: Place heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, erythritol, and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and stir to combine ingredients. Cover and chill bowl and beaters for at least 30 minutes. When chilled, beat until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
