  • 1 c. ground organic almonds
  • 1 oz. rum or brandy
  • 10 drop SweetLeaf SteviaClear Liquid Stevia
  • 2 Tbsp. organic erythritol
  • ½ tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • ½ c. organic cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp. organic butter
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Using a whisk or a fork, mix the vanilla, rum, softened butter and stevia in a smaller bowl. (NOTE: The total liquid amount of liquid should be between 2.5-3 tablespoons.)
  3. Add the liquid slowly to the dry ingredients and mix until it all comes together.
  4. Roll into balls and place in an airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours;the flavors will mellow over the next few days.
