  • 5 Tbsp. unsweetened organic cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 6 drops stevia, more or less to taste
  • 28 Tbsp. Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
  1. Put the coconut milk in a bowl and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator and check the consistency: it should be very thick. If there is any water, drain it off.
  3. Add cocoa powder, vanilla and stevia. Blend with a fork or a hand mixer until thick and creamy.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
