Chocolate Ganache Recipe

  • 2 c. organic erythritol
  • 6 oz. organic bittersweet chocolate
  • ¾ c. organic heavy whipping cream
  1. Add chocolate and cream to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 15 minutes).
  3. Gradually whisk in erythritol and stevia.
  4. Continue to whisk until granules have dissolved.
  5. Let mixture cool until it reaches a spreadable consistency, about 30 minutes.

  1. This ganache was awesome! Though I only used a fraction of the erythritol….maybe 1/8 cup…..then it tasted perfect! Though I don’t like it too sweet….was more like semi-sweet….dipped low carb sugr cookies in it, and tasted amazing!
