  • 1 oz. brandy
  • 1 tsp. organic cinnamon
  • 3 c. frozen organic cherries
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla
  • 1 tsp. organic nutmeg
  1. Add the frozen cherries to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Pour in the brandy, the remaining vanilla, the cinnamon and the nutmeg.
  3. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low, letting the cherries absorb the brandy and spices.
  4. Slice cake or dessert of choice, divide among plates, top with cherry mixture, garnish with mint or cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm.
