  • 0.125 c. Oikos Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. organic red wine vinegar
  • 3 heads organic Bibb lettuce, torn
  • 6 medium organic radishes, thinly sliced
  • 5⅓ Tbsp. chopped organic chives, chopped
  • ⅓ c. organic buttermilk
  1. In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with the radishes and chives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt with the buttermilk and vinegar. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  4. Serve.
