
Baked Sweet Potato with Grass-Fed Butter
- 4 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
- 4 medium organic sweet potatoes
- Preheat conventional oven to 350 F or prepare Flavorwave.
- Poke holes in sweet potatoes.
- Place sweet potatoes on middle rack of conventional oven or top rack of Flavorwave.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 F or until tender.
- Slice in half, top with butter and serve.
