  • 4 Tbsp. organic, grass-fed butter
  • 4 medium organic sweet potatoes
  1. Preheat conventional oven to 350 F or prepare Flavorwave.
  2. Poke holes in sweet potatoes.
  3. Place sweet potatoes on middle rack of conventional oven or top rack of Flavorwave.
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F or until tender.
  5. Slice in half, top with butter and serve.
