Almond & Coconut Biscuits Recipe

  • 4 Tbsp. organic coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. organic nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. organic cinnamon
  • 1 ½ c. ground organic almond flour
  • ½ c. shredded organic coconut
  • 1 large organic, omega-3 egg
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well to combine (mixture should form a neat ball).
  3. Divide into 12, roll into balls, and press onto tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. (Note: Oil will leak out of the biscuits and foam as they cook)
  5. Place biscuits on cooling rack lined with paper towel to absorb any remaining oil. Serve.
