  • ½ c. organic olive oil
  • 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking soda
  • 2.5 c. ground organic almond flour
  • ¾ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 5 large organic eggs
  • ¾ c. spring or filtered water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease the bottom of a large loaf pan.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  4. Add the wet ingredients and blend well.
  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool.
