If you want to pack more disease-fighting, age-defying nutrients into your meals, THIS menu will help you do it!

Paleo Spaghetti Dinner: Bolognese with a Superfood Kick!

Bolognese – the classic Italian meat sauce – is already chock full of protein and vitamin B12 (from grass-fed beef) and lycopene from those ripe and delicious organic tomatoes. But you can “doctor it up” even more – and TRIPLE the disease-fighting nutrients – when you add a secret ingredient…

Chicken livers!

I know what you’re thinking – Why ruin a perfectly delicious pot of sauce with the unmistakable flavor of liver? But the way this  ingredient is incorporated will surprise you. Even the biggest liver loathers won’ t detect anything but the meaty flavor of rich and hearty Bolognese. What’s more you’ll be getting more than 400% of the daily value for an important gene-benfiting vitamin called choline.

Serve with spiraled zucchini (aka “zoodles”) for an ultra low carb meal, or opt for grain-free Paleo pasta made from almond flour, eggs and arrowroot for a more traditional take. Round it out with a simple mixed green salad for a meal that will delight your taste buds and provide deep nutrition.
