Paleo Curry Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  • 1 pound pasture-raised chicken (pressure cooked)
  • 4 Paleo Wraps (Turmeric)
  • 4 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon jucie
  • 1 Tbsp. organic turmeric
  • 1 cup organic kale, torn
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and turmeric.
  2. Add the chicken and stir to coat. Lay wraps flat and top with kale and avocado, then chicken.
  3. Secure with a toothpick and enjoy.
