Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. organic walnuts, chopped
  • ½ packet SweetLeaf Stevia Plus® Sweetener
  • 2 large organic eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. organic virgin coconut oil, melted
  • ½ c. filtered or spring water
  • ½ tsp. organic cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, stevia, salt and water until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed and a porridge-like consistency is reached (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Top with nuts and cinnamon.
  4. Serve.
