Almond Flour Pizza Crust (Gluten Free, Paleo) Recipe

  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 2 c. ground organic almond meal (almond flour)
  • 2 tsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large organic eggs, beaten
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl to achieve the consistency of dough. If dough is too wet, add almond flour by tablespoons to reach desired consistency. Oil a baking sheet very well (this is important if you want your pizza slices to come off in one piece). Press dough evenly onto the sheet with a thickness of about ¼ inch in the middle and ½ inch at the edges. Bake for 15 minutes to light golden brown.
