organic scallions, sliced on an angle
10 leaves
fresh organic basil, chopped or torn
1 Tbsp(s)
organic tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
12 leaves
organic leaf lettuce (Bibb)
2 -8oz. breast(s)
organic pasure-raised chicken, split
2 Tbsp(s)
organic rice wine vinegar

Preparation
Heat a safe, non-stick pan over medium high heat or prepare Flavorwave/NuWave oven.
Toss chicken with soy sauce (tamari).
Cook chicken. STOVETOP METHOD:
Grill 6 minutes on each side or until opaque in center.
FLAVORWAVE METHOD: Place chicken on top rack. Cook at 350 F for 8-10 minutes or until opaque in center.
Combine cucumber, carrots, sprouts, scallions, basil and sesame seeds. Sprinkle with rice wine vinegar.
Toss the grilled chicken with veggies and herbs.
Serve the chicken-veggie mixture with Bibb lettuce wraps.
