Preparation

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, cayenne and vinegar in a small bowl or ramekin.
  2. Place chopped cabbage and scallions in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage and scallions.
  4. Stir to combine.
