This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly toast bread.
  3. Finely chop or blend sun-dried tomatoes in a blender or Magic Bullet, adding water to make spreadable.
  4. Layer cheese, turkey, sauerkraut and sun-dried tomatoes over toasted bread to make an open faced sandwich.
  5. Transfer to oven and bake 5-8 minutes to melt cheese.
  6. Serve.
