This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Lightly toast bread to help prevent from getting soggy.
  3. Finely chop or blend sundried tomatoes in a blender or Magic Bullet, adding water to make spreadable.
  4. Layer cheese, turkey sauerkraut and sundried tomatoes to make an open faced sandwich.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve.
