Preparation

  1. Heat a safe, nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil and heat until shimmering.
  3. Add onions and cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
  5. Add eggs to pan.
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes or until opaque.
  7. Serve with hot sauce and fresh ground black pepper, if desired.
