Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, mustard, and sea salt.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. water and whisk again.
  3. Put chopped cabbage in a bowl.
  4. Pour sauce over cabbage and stir to combine.
  5. Top with fresh ground pepper, if desired.
