Quick French Onion Soup Crocks (Gluten Free)

This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Add oil to a medium saucepan and add onions.
  2. Saute onions over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in soup and bring to a boil.
  4. Meanwhile, lightly toast bread; slice into quarters.
  5. Pour soup into individual broiler safe ramekins or soup crocks.
  6. Top each soup with 2 pieces of bread and one slice (1/2 oz) of Provolone cheese.
  7. Broil, bake at 400 F or Flavorwave until cheese is brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve.
