This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Steam the cauliflower until soft.
  2. Place steamed cauliflower in in a food processor with the butter and the buttermilk. Puree.
  3. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve.
