Preparation

Preheat saute pan to medium. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Add shallots and garlic to saute pan with 1 tablespoon broth. Saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, remaining broth and worcestershire, then stir well to combine and cover. Let simmer for 3 minutes covered. Remove from heat. Serve.
