This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a large bowl; toss to combine.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine with vinegar, mustard, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Divide lettuce mixture between serving dishes.
  4. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons cheese, 4 olive halves, and 1 pepperoncini pepper.
  5. Serve.
