This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. First, boil the eggs.
  2. While the eggs cook, drain the salmon and mix with the cream cheese to make a spread.
  3. Allow eggs to cool and chop.
  4. Spread the salmon-cheese mixture on the tortilla.
  5. Top with egg and sprinkle with dill.
  6. Season with black pepper, if desired.
  7. Top with spinach leaves.
  8. Roll into a tube and slice in half.
  9. Serve.
