This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add almond butter, eggs, honey, banana, cocoa and baking soda to a large bowl or stand mixer. Blend well.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and lemon juice. 
  4. Spray muffin tins with organic nonstick spray and fill about 2/3 full with batter.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve.
