This Recipe:

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
  2. In a smaller bowl, stir together coconut oil, agave and vanilla.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry.
  4. Transfer bowl to refrigerator and chill dough 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Place dough in between 2 large pieces of unbleached parchment paper  and roll out until ¼ inch thick.
  7. Remove top piece of parchment paper  and cut out cookies with a small cookie cutter – try stars, trees, etc.
  8. Using a metal spatula, place cookies on a parchment  lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake until golden browned around the edges, 7-10 minutes.
  10. Cool completely.
