Zucchini & Red Onion Saute Recipe

  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 2 medium organic zucchini squash, sliced ½" inch on bias
  • ½ medium organic red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. organic avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh organic rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Heat a safe, nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the onion and saute 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and saute 4-5 minutes to crisp-tender. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
