  • 1 c. organic kidney beans
  • 12 oz. organic, pasture-raised roasted turkey
  • 12 small organic kalamata olives
  • 2 oz. organic feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 oz. organic arugula
  • 16 whole grape tomatoes, organic
  • 1 oz. organic walnuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. Arrange arugula on plates.
  2. Top with turkey, tomatoes, beans, feta cheese, olives and walnuts.
  3. Drizzle with dressing of choice.
