Thirty Minute Chili Recipe

  • 32 oz. grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 16-oz can organic tomato sauce
  • 1 c. spring water
  • 1 Tbsp. organic Chili seasoning (try Simply Organic)
  • 1 16-oz can organic black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 16-oz can organic kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ c. chopped organic onion
  • 1 28-oz can organic diced tomatoes with peppers, onions
  1. Brown beef in a Dutch oven or deep pot over medium-high heat, stirring often, 4 to 5 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
  2. Return beef to Dutch oven. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix.
  3. Add onion, and sauté 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
