Ingredients
  • 1 c. grated Carrot
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Dill (use any herb to substitue)
  • ¼ c. Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Agave Nectar (optional)
  • 1 oz. Raisins
  • 1 medium Avocado
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except the wraps and avocado. Slice the avocado. Divide the filling and place in the center of each wrap, top with avocado slices and roll like a burrito. Tuck the sides in and roll up. Cut up or serve as is.
