Ingredients
  • ¼ c. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c. organic red wine vinegar
  • 4 pieces organic sun-dried tomato
  • 1 whole organic shallot, minced
  • 1 whole organic lemon, juiced
Instructions
  1. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and shallot to a blender or Magic Bullet.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
