  • 2 pints organic strawberries
  • ¼ c. organic lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole organic shallot, chopped
  • 1 medium organic cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 whole organic jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. organic lemon juice
  • 2 medium kiwi, peeled and diced
  1. Place strawberries, kiwi, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro and lemon juice in a medium bowl and toss until combined.
  2. Keep refrigerated for p to 1 week.
