Spice-Rubbed Pork Chops with Raspberry-Mango Salsa Recipe

Serves: 4
  • 1 Tbsp. organic red wine vinegar
  • 4 chops organic pastured pork
  • 1 c. mango, diced
  • 1 c. fresh organic raspberries
  • ½ Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. organic cinnamon
  • 6 tsp. Simply OrganicĀ® Chophouse Seasoning
  1. First, rub chops with seasoning. Set aside.
  2. In a ramekin, mix vinegar and cinnamon.
  3. Add mango,raspberries and mint to a medium non-reactive bowl.
  4. Pour vinegar mixture over the fruit and mix well to coat. Set aside.
  5. Heat a grill or prepare Flavorwave/NuWave oven.
  6. Grill chops 5-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F.
  7. Serve fruit mixture over pork.
