Ingredients
  • 4 c. spring or purified water
  • ¼ c. organic dry white wine
  • ½ tsp. ground sage
  • 5 tsp. organic garlic, minced
  • 4 medium organic onions, sliced
  • 3 whole organic leeks, sliced
  • 2 tsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 whole bay leaves
  • ½ tsp. white pepper
  • 4 c. Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, sauté leeks and onions in oil. Add to slow cooker with all other ingredients.
  2. Cover; cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 4-6 hours.
  3. Ladle into oven-safe bowls, and if desired, top with cheese before serving.
