Slow Cooker Lamb Chops with Red Wine Glaze Recipe

Serves: 6
  • 2 c. organic crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp. organic garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 36 oz. grass-fed lamb rib chops
  • ½ c. organic red wine
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. organic honey
  • ⅓ Tbsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a medium skillet.
  2. Add lamb chops and sear on both sides. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms.
  4. Mix together red wine, salt, garlic, honey, marjoram, oregano and basil.
  5. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, coating lamb well.
  6. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours.
