Ingredients
  • 2 small organic apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 medium organic butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 c. organic leeks, sliced
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 4 c. Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 2 c. filtered or spring water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on Low for 6-6 ½ hours or 3-4 on High.
  3. Puree soup in food processor.
  4. Cook on High for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve.
