Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. organic sesame oil
  • 1 c. sliced organic onion
  • 1 Tbsp. organic tamari
  • 1 c. sliced organic carrots
  • 4 c. chopped organic green cabbage
Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil to coat the pan.
  3. Add the carrots and the onions, cooking 1 minute. Then add the cabbage and the tamari.
  4. Stir to coat all vegetables with tamari, and cook until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
