Savory Grain-Free Crackers Recipe

  • ½ tsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp. organic roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking soda
  • ½ tsp. organic paprika
  • 2 tsp. dried organic basil
  • 1 tsp. dried organic oregano
  • ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 8 oz. finely grated aged Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. filtered or spring water
  • 2 c. ground organic almond flour
  1. Using a mortar and pestle or a small food processor, grind herbs and salt to a fine consistency.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper .
  3. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until a moist dough forms. Add more water if you need.
  4. Using oiled hands place the mound of dough on the unbleached parchment and flatten with the palm of your hand. Use oiled palms and fingers to press the dough out evenly and quite thin.
  5. Bake in the center of preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the dough is golden.
  6. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  7. Cut the dough into pieces using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Store in an air tight container.
