  • ½ c. organic spinach
  • 1 slice organic tomato
  • 1 Serving Organic Prarie Roast Beef
  • 2 tsp. organic prepared horseradish
  • 1 Serving Swissland Cheese Grass-Fed Organic Raw Cheddar
Instructions
  1. Lightly toast bread.
  2. Spread on horseradish.
  3. Top with spinach, roast beef, cheese, and tomato.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper, if desired.
  5. Serve as an open-faced sandwich.
