Ingredients
  • 4 large organic eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. organic butter
  • ½ c. organic cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
  • 4 oz. unsweetened organic baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. SweetLeaf® Stevia Extract
  • 1 c. Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. filtered or spring water
  • ⅓ c. organic heavy cream
  • 2 c. organic erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp. organic vanilla
  • 16 Tbsp. organic flax seed meal
  • 1 c. organic walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9X13 pan.
  2. Add the chocolate chips to a small saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large bowl, add the erythritol, stevia and butter. Cream with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Add the cocoa and melted chocolate, and mix well.
  6. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
  7. Fold in the walnuts.
  8. Pour into a pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top springs back and a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely and cut into squares.
