Ingredients
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 4 c. purified or spring water
  • 1 c. organic raw almonds
  • 2 tsp. organic vanilla extract (non-alcoholic)
  • ¼ tsp. organic stevia extract
Instructions
  1. Soak almonds overnight in spring or purified water. In the morning, drain the almonds. In a Vitamix or other high-powered blender, blend soaked almonds, 4 c. spring or purified water water, and sea salt until smooth. Pour through a strainer to separate pulp. Pour liquid back in the the blender and blend in vanilla extract and stevia until smooth.
