Raw “Spaghetti” Pomodoro Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 medium organic tomatoes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 medium organic zucchini
  • 3 cloves organic garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. First, make your “spaghetti”. Cut the zucchini in half (widthwise, not lengthwise ). Process both halves through a Saladacco.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and add to food processor with the garlic and basil. Using the "s" blade, process for 3o seconds.
  3. Pour the tomato mixture into a medium sized bowl. Add olive oil and salt. Mix gently to distribute all the ingredients.
  4. Pour the sauce over “spaghetti”.
