Raw Pie Crust Recipe

Serves: 12
  • 1 c. chopped organic dates, pitted
  • 2 c. organic raw walnuts
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
  1. Put the raw nuts in a food processor, and blend with the S-blade until the nuts are reduced to small crumbs.
  2. Add the dates and salt, and blend well to the consistency of loose crumbs.
  3. Pour the crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate and press to form the pie crust.
  4. Place the pie crust in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add your raw filling of choice.
