  • 1 whole organic lime, juiced
  • 2 c. organic mung bean sprouts
  • 1 medium organic red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 4 medium organic green onions, diced
  • ½ c. organic cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. raw organic olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Toss to combine.
